Online Sale Orders Terms & Conditions

A - Definitions:

 

  1. “We” refer to “TNJ Forever” who is the owner of the rental items.

  2. “The customer” refers to the person, corporation, the hirer who booked the rental items, courier services.

  3. “Calendar days” are used for this policy. Otherwise, it will be indicated if the business days will be applied.  

 

B - General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Once the customer have placed an order, a payment is expected to be received immediately. This term is also applied for Hire Order which is submitted in advance of the collection date.

  2. If no payment is received after 3 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

  3. Once the order is submitted, the customer agrees and accepts the terms and conditions from the date they make a booking with us.

  4. In the event that the customer shall be breach any of the condition of hire, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement.

  5. The customer may not transfer their sale order to another party. Sale order is non-transferable.

  6. No warranty is given by us as to the fitness of the sale items for the purpose required by the customer.

  7. TNJ Forever reserves the right to change the prices, specials, terms and conditions on the website at any time without notice.

  8. Continued using the services will also mean the customer’s acceptance of this Terms & Conditions.

 

C - Personalise or Custom-made for Sale Order:

  1. A 50% of total payment is required when customer requests any personalise order. This payment is non-refundable.

  2. The remaining balance of their order is required when the customer collects their order.

D - Incorrect Orders:

Please note choose carefully before you submit the order. No refund will be issued for incorrect ordering.

E - Return & Exchange:

 

Should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • The items with original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation and all labels/tickets attached.

 

No exchange or refund is available on any product that:

  • has been personalised, unless the product is faulty.

  • is classified as hair accessories, candles, veils, personalised items, fragile items, clearance line, sale items or discounted items.

 

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

 

All exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
