Terms & Conditions
For Sale Order, Hire Order and Decoration Services:
​
1) Once you have placed an order, payments are expected as per the payment terms stated on the invoice or on the payment policy. No booking nor no order is secured until we received the deposit payment.

2) No amendment nor cancellation is accept once an order is placed.
​
3) All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of order. However, we will notify you if it is the case.
​
4) For Wedding Decoration Function:

All the details of the function such as banquet, decoration, final guest number etc must be confirmed and finalised by the 3rd weeks before the function date.

The setting up for your function is usually between 3pm – 6pm which is subject to the size of your function and function venue. Our aim is to finish as soon as we can before your function commences.

Delivery of any kinds (e.g.: cake, flowers, etc) & party helper is not recommended to arrive before 5:00 pm due to the furniture movement, floor vacuum are being arranged.

All services are booked to serve up to 5 hours and to be concluded by 11 pm on the same function night.

After 11 pm, Additional charge will be applied per hour to cover the security cost, the extended service hours for all services (decoration, music, car park etc…). A minimum charges of $300 within the first hour and $200 per hour here after.

Except for food, wedding cake, fresh flower, bonbonniere, any specific sale items, all services are charged at a “HIRE” rate rather than a “sale” rate.

All decoration items (e.g.: flower vases, silk flower arrangements, money box, lolly jars etc…) are to be returned back to the restaurant in their original shape before 11 pm that night.

Any loss or damage item, the restaurant or function provider reserve the right to charge at the equivalent cost to replace back that item.

All fresh flowers are subject to the nature of the flower thus only fresh seasonal flower will be used for your function day. The photo samples of fresh flower are for demonstration purpose only. If any flower in photo sample isn’t available, the florist can change the alternative fresh flower to achieve your colour theme.

We will not accept the responsibility for any loss or damage of personal equipment or personal merchandise or personal decoration items which are left on the premises prior to, during or after the function.

An additional charge of 10% is applied on Public Holidays for all services related function/wedding that day.

10) We reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued using the services, after the new terms and conditions has been applied, will constitute acceptance of the changed, altered, amended or replaced the Agreement.
